Service Management is integrated into Supply Chain Management as the joint between the actual sales and the customer. Physical (evidence) - It refers to the experience of using a product or service. When a service goes out to the customer, it is essential that you help him see what he is buying or not. For example- brochures, pamphlets etc serve this purpose.
