SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Grew European operation from $1M to $5M EBITDA in 4.5 years by establishing a European Headquarters, aggressive sales & marketing efforts yielding 300 new locations generating $3M+ of operating profit. Increased Atlanta Region profits from $200K to $3.0M EBITDA in 5.5 years by integrating acquired cities in Charleston, SC, Knoxville, TN, Jackson, MS, and Mobile, AL, through focused new business results and relentless accountability for P&Ls. A companywide consolidation program using a technology platform and centralized operations and accounting was initiated from my program saving the company $5M. Won prized Chicago CTA contract worth multi-millions of dollars and positioned the company to be a long term partner for the growth of the CTA. Formed strategic partnership to promote company to the city & meet MBE requirements. Saved the company hundreds of thousands of dollars through the conception and development of an automation technology model. Created a highly profitable competitive advantage through remotely monitoring multiple locations from a central command center. Program is now being used nationwide.

Founded consulting firm in June 2010 serving developers and owners of commercial properties and parking industry owners who wish to obtain maximum value from their assets. Services Provided Includes: Property owner representation, development design review and critique, financial feasibility evaluation and forecast, technology specification, operational plans to ensure maximum efficiency and new business planning for verticals ancillary to the industry. Expert Advisory Councils (Gerson Lehrman Group & Guide-Point Global Advisors) Selected to these Advisory Councils as a Parking Industry Expert, which is part of an exclusive network of academic and industry professionals who consult with business decision-makers and leading investors around the world.

Renegotiated numerous loser contracts producing more than $1M of annualized EBITDA improvement. Acquired Calgary company & divested various cities successfully leading to EBITDA enhancement of more than $500K annualized.
