The View for the Front Line
Technology is a catalyst of change. And
change... is an element of culture. As
such, we should advocate how ICT as a
core foundation of technology can be
part of our culture, our way of life.

For most of our teachers, ICT is just not

a way of life. For them, the key is to
survive their daily tasks, inside and
outside the classroom.
The View from the Front Line

The bottom line is, we should

inculcate to our teachers how ICT
can make their lives easy. Easy
enough so our teachers can focus
on their classroom teaching.”
