Managing Bonus : 5%, Sales Bonus: 5% (3% upfront, 2% with B), Marketing Bonus: 5% (3% upfront, 2% with B). This is applicable after 1m in pure service mode. 12k - 6K with B and 1K each for 6 times (if candidate still with us) can be purchased at 20Rs/share Upto 1000 shares/month. (50Rs from 2012 )

Your match is set to 10k. Do note match is based on performance and may not be paid. We run 100% on commission mode, meaning 1st commission earned is used to pay basic salary and balance is paid as other bonuses. If Multiple people are involved then the bonus is shared as per Band, Rating and Hours or involvement level. See policy for all rules that apply to match. Default timing will be 1PM to 10PM with 1hr break. 48 work hours in a week, works hours can be any time of the week. The work hours as required will be communicated by your manager. Joining Bonus of 15k will be paid upon completion of 3m. Anything marked as B means that it is part of Bonus and paid next year starting March monthly. Unless Bonus are paid it is not paid if you leave the organization. This remuneration can be changed by management any time. Please read employee contract, HRFAQ and general policy provided to you on joining. One month notice is required if you wish to leave the organization. Minimum one year association is required. If you are removed due to any violations then no pay is given and we will recover loss amount and violation amounts. Your joining date is currently fixed on April 19th, 2011. Please carry furnish copies of certificates supplementing your academic qualifications and all relevant experience. Your offer validity is subject satisfactory feedback from your references and background checks conducted.
