Key member of the leadership team that rapidly grew an independent staffing and project consulting operating division five-fold to over 1,500 field IT consultants. The division served a core set of Fortune 500 accounts including Microsoft, Intel, and Boeing. I managed up to fifteen associates and was responsible for leading multiple functional areas including IT systems and applications, front/middle/back systems operations, marketing, proposals/RFP responses, solutions design, training, sales support and facilities. IT Systems Operations and Applications Management I was responsible for all IT for this $100M+ operating division. I led a team comprised of application developers, network engineers, business/system analysts, PMs and help desk specialists. I was responsible for developing and managing the OPEX and CAPEX budgets. Led development of numerous custom front, middle and back office applications and integrations which improved service delivery to customers and lowered operational costs Directed data center and PBX operations with 35+ servers including Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, OCS, IIS, and Oracle along with many commercial and custom applications Drove numerous initiatives to increase data center availability to >99.9% while lowering operational risks associated with services delivered through the data center Lead architect and systems designer for a complex next generation cloud service delivery system.
