FYI There is a concern that allowing the option of building out the 4 floor attic will affect the

e height of the buildings as well as presenting a more massive silhouette. There remains a question of just how tall the buildings will be HARB had little assurance of what the final height would be.

Haverford Court neighbors,

The final permit architectural plans were submitted for the townhouses at Haverford Court. There were a number of minor discrepancies between these plans and the plans approved by the Commissioners last year so we brought the plans back before the HARB this morning. The HARB has recommended approval of the changes provided the building height remains at 33-34 as originally approved by the Commissioners. The elevations are included with the attached email and these plans will be presented to the B&P Committee on Oct 12th.

If you would like to review the specific changes to the plan, let me know.

Please forward this to any neighbors I have not included on this email.

Thanks,

Bob

Bob, Here is a copy of the presentation from the HARB meeting this morning. I do have a question about the height guideline that was given and will give you a call later (after we have verified a few things) to discuss.
