1. Where do you see yourself in five years?

Five years from now I see myself in a more senior level position in the company. By this time I will have earned my graduate degree along with proving myself to be a very productive and beneficial employee to the company. 2. What are your greatest strengths? My greatest strength would have to be my ability to work well under pressure. In the past I have shown to achieve all tasks assigned to me accurately and on time even with short notice time constraints. 3. What is your greatest weakness? My biggest weakness is that I am more of an individual worker as opposed to relying on other people to help me achieve my tasks. I do not like to place my accountability into other peoples hands. 4. Do you prefer to work in a team setting or as an individual? I am more of an individual worker. I am a talented multitasker and do not like to depend on others in order to finish projects that have been assigned to me 5. How do you view leadership? I believe in servant leadership. I believe that a good leader will only ask of his or her employees to do tasks in which they would be willing to do themselves. A great leader will place their employees before themselves. 6. What customer service experience do you have? I have over four years experience providing customer service in a range of environments. I have provided customer service to disgruntled individuals while working on an Air Force base dealing with the processing of traffic citations. I have been the front line customer service representative while I was preforming secretarial/receptionist duties for C4 connections. 7. Would your former supervisor rehire you? Why or why not? Yes, I do think that my former supervisor would hire me back again. While working for them I have always proven myself to be a hard worker. I would finish my duties in a timely manner and always ask for additional duties. I provided them the professional courtesy of a two weeks notice upon my separation with the company. 8. Do you have experience utilizing various Microsoft software such as outlook and excel? Explain Yes. I have used outlook during the entire course of my customer service career. It has always been the main form of communication between myself and my supervisors. I have used excel and word quite extensively as well over the years in the college courses I have taken in the continued pursuit of my degree.

9. Do you fess up to mistakes or try to cover them up? I will always be the first to admit when I make a mistake. I would rather the consequences come from the mistake I made as opposed to them coming from me trying to lie and cover it up. 10. Do you work well under pressure? I am an individual who can work under extreme amounts of pressure. I always finish the duties required of me in an accurate and timely manner even with short time constraints.
