My clients M/s Amna Food Industries Suraj Kund Road, Multan
received a letter from your Attorney namely “ZAIN SHEIKH &
ASSOCIATES, ADVOCATES”.
The reply is as under: -

difference between both the words, spellings, pronunciation and
meanings. The colour scheme, design, ingredients of products are
quite different.
4. That the contents/allegations of this para are quite un-logical, because

my clients are getting profit, by the blessing of God, quality of
products and their hard-working.
5. That there is no infringement committed by my clients, of any right
vested with you. Neither there is any contravention of trade mark act
nor goodwill of any trade mark can be used in such circumstances.
