Discuss the issues on unemployment among Malaysian graduates the problem of unemployment among Malaysia graduates has long been one of the most important issues in this country every year which it will arise in this issue, especially when the government itself has raised the retirement age among existing employees, thus causing this graduates are difficult to find a good job they should get. There are still many unemployed graduates even after they had several years to complete their studies in university or college. Most of them are not employed or does not find any job but maybe the offered that they have are not suitable to them. Most of these graduates are still looking for a job they feel was not appropriate to their status as a former university student. They are more willing to be unemployed than working as a clerk or other kind of job that they feel less equivalent, although in fact there is better to work than unemployed. In addition, most of the graduates could not communicate in English well, and the influx of graduates from IPTA and IPTS is so higher that the ratio of unemployed and job vacancies are unequal. The ability to communicate in English is most important role in every interview other than the selection of outstanding graduates and has the skills and experience to work by employers. And graduate with a qualification that cannot be marketed will be facing a crisis and had to be unemployed in the longer term. The resulting in unemployment rates among graduates in Malaysia is increasing for every year.

2. Suggest ways to improve graduate (employability) In fact, employment opportunities being offered is still a lot but they do not know how to take this opportunity. In addition, there are several agencies that offer entrepreneurs entrepreneurial opportunities for those interested in choosing entrepreneurship as a career choice. Government and IPTA/IPTS should be plays an important role in performing or providing special courses for graduates planning firm from providing workers for public or private sector to the entrepreneurial sector, agriculture, mining and others. In addition, the attitude of the graduates too selective employment and need to think in a professional and do not be negative for a job. They are also need to improve in the areas of English to give themselves the advantage in seeking a job. And also be wise to communicate and have confidence when dealing with other people; do not be afraid and hesitant to answer when interacting with the superiors. In conclusion, graduates must wisely manage each step of life and do not worry too much about professionalism. They need to start from bottom to get the experience rather than directly from above. Therefore, graduates should not be chosen because there is a bad attitude and it is not bring any benefit to them.
