The disinterest of making policies that facilitate the creating jobs discourages people to be creative and enthusiastic. The result of all of this makes people lose hope of having a much better future, staying in conformity. The Public Education system and its control have had lots of problems through all this years. One of its biggest problems is the bad quality education qualified of 10/20 by its Quitos and Guayaquils habitants, according to the inquiry, of the independent company, HABITUS in 2007. Where the citizens said that the educational system problems lay in: the lack of budget, the poor quality teachers and its low salaries. This shows us the low interest and effort that the government invests in the management and control of the educational system of Ecuador. This mean that poverty in Ecuador is mainly caused by Ecuadorians themselves, and we wont get rid of poverty if the government doesnt do anything to solve these problems. We as citizens must demand a change beyond what is happening, requiring a clear and good control systems planning on education and motivation programs.
