Human Resource Information System (HuRIS)

Captures detailed personal, professional, and official information of employees.


Updates and maintenance of employee details can be achieved at the click of a button.
Generate Personal history reports on all employees.

Claims Management System (Claims)


ClaiMS enable employees to put forward their reimbursement claims for approval and also view their claim status online.

Employee Self-service Access (ESSA)


Enables employees to log in and access the self service facility allowing them to view their monthly payroll details viz., Pay Slip, Reimburse-
ment Slip, and Tax Computations.

Reports available in print-friendly formats, enabling employees to print directly from the system. Employees can raise queries and view the
response from the corresponding owner of the query category.

Daily Activity and Time Sheet Entry System (DATES)


Empowers employees to enter their timesheets and daily activity details into the system. The periodicity of timesheets can be configured in
this module as per client's requirements. Daily activity sheets can also be configured in this module to enable other support function
employees to record their daily activities.

Recruitment Process Manager (RPM)


Maintain resumes in an online database.

Makes it easy for HR Managers, Recruiters, Program Managers, Interviewers and Consultants to work together to meet hiring targets,
reduce time-to-hire and cut down hiring costs. Provides for short-listing, search, and easy retrieval of resumes.

Leave Management System (LeMS)


LeMS enables every employee to apply for leave, and view their request status, and leave balance Online. The Reporting Seniors / HR
Managers will be able to authorize leave requests and also view pending and approved leave requests along with the leave balance of all
employees.

Attendance Management System (AttMS)


Enables recording of the daily turnout of employees.

Attendance capture process is completed online.


Option for uploading the daily output sheet in .csv (comma separated values) format from a third party system.

Training and Employee Development System (TREDS)


Designed to manage the Training needs of an organization.

Enables the HR Managers to design and upload the training calendar, prepare participants list, approve training requests, monitor training
attendance and provide / view feedback on training programs.

Resource Management System (ReMS)
