2.1 Description of Customer Requirement

New IN services will soon be launched by BMCC, these services are:

From Customer CR Number BOSS-SRS-20060 which was sent in 3 different Change Request forms
sent by HP.
1. 支持挂失解挂
2. 支持解除黑名单
3. 支持 IP 直通车预付费用户销号
4. 支持 IP 直通车解除用户黑名单;
5. 支持智能网用户定制终端(预存话费)
6. 支持余额转移(BOSS 账户和智能网账户互转);
7. 支持延长智能网用户有效期;
8. 支持手工充值;
9. 支持充值卡有效期重置;
10.支持清退充值卡;
11.支持充值卡信息查询;
12.批量开通/取消彩铃;
13.批量取消易购通;
14.批量取消 IP 直通车;
15.批量冻结/激活 IP 直通车;
16.批量取消 VPMN;

2.2 Effort Estimate

2 areas of work are identified for this CR efforts:


1) These services were already supported by the HuaWei IN macroset that has been delivered.
However, testing were not possible during test period, thus effort will be required to perform seperate
testing and any changes necessary to the command syntax and parameter values configuration when
the services become available for testing. This portion of work is expected to take 7 man-days in total.

2) Batch request requirement (covering item 12 to 16) however required a new batch templates to be
designed and implemented to support the batch transaction for those features. Implementation and
testing is estimated to take 5 man-days in total.

Total of 12 man-days will be required for this effort.

3. Prices
Charges and invoices will be issued in USD (excluding VAT).
All prices, fees and charges specified or quoted are exclusive of import taxes and duties outside of Finland.
Value Added and other applicable taxes and charges shall be increased by the gross amount of such taxed duties
and charges as may be levied.

4. Schedule
The schedule of delivery is to be discussed separately with HP project team. However, the assumption
is that this CR shall cause any schedule impact to the existing project delivery.

5. Payment Terms
100% of the total proposal value to be paid by end of each quarter after delivery of the Change
Request.

6. Other Terms
Other terms are according to the Purchase Contract No. 05FIBJY60PTAC1511 between BMCC and
Comptel, and the PS Contract between HP and Comptel.

7. Validity Time
This proposal is valid until 30th January 2006.
