Filed on October 12, 2011 by Plaintiffs to redress injuries being suffered and to be suffered as a result of Defendants conduct. DEFENDANTS HAVE FRAUDULENTLY MADE CHANGES TO THE LEGAL TITLE OF PLAINTIFFS PROPERTY AND ARE ATTEMPTING TO UNLAWFULLY TAKE TITLE TO PLAINTIFFS PROPERTY.

Plaintiff Julia Bynon is Trustee of the title holder to the property and Plaintiff Douglas Bynon is successor Trustee, beneficiary and life estate holder in the property known as: Lot 9 of Tract No.10489, in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 512, Pages 31, 32 and 33 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the Orange County Recorder.
