Any extra costs incurred of weight exceeding (owner fines / Port Authority fines) are in your responsibility/ charge; please note that, at their entrance in Constanta container terminal all containers are weighed and if maximum payload is exceeded, the port authority will retain containers from vessel loading. also, note that at containers entrance in Constanta container terminal, there must be nominated Port of Discharge and the vessel that they will be loaded on. In the absence of your special request, there will be considered and nominated the first available vessel for all containers. After this, any additional request for changing the port of discharge or the nominated vessel, will be charged ( for miss declaration, additional container handlings, etc) Container stuffing and custom clearance must be made within 12 hours of placing the container.
