Project Summary

1. Project : Performance Monitor

Description:
The aim of this project is complete automation of the monthly performance report of the
organization. Every Branch of Bank sends their Monthly performance report to the centralize
server, there by various user defined reports can be generated.
This system follows the present system of reporting as the input form. Each branch
shall submit this form online .This system integrates monthly performance reports of all
branches thereby the managing director and Head office people can monitor the
performance of any individual branch, regional office, and zonal office performance through
few clicks of mouse.
The basic goal of this system is to facilitate performance monitoring of zone wise,
Region wise and branch wise details of the parameters like profitability, deposits, advances
and etc by the managing director and senior management at the head office

2. Project : Sarah-Louise (Online Sales for UK & US)

Description:
Sarah-Louise is an E-Commerce Web Site. Here the Products are dress materials of kids.
Dress materials of kids are designed by the famous designer in U.K. This site contains the
dress materials of kid’s season wise and model wise like 2005 model and 2006 model. The
End User can access the site in different ways like common or local search engine, advanced
search engine, season wise, through categories and through model names. Admin have
special rights access web editor. In that admin can add/update/delete products, categories
and product company names using web editor. ‘Shopping Cart’ available in this site. After
the selecting the dress material or product user has to fill the enquiry form and they contact
with the registered user manually. There is no online money transaction here.

4. Project Title : ZBB

Description:
ZBB is a tool enabling a Project Manager to draw the ZBB Line for the given requirement.
Prior to this tool, PM used to draw this line in Excel sheet by calculating the availability of
the resources manually. The above said process is automated by ZBB tool. This tool enables
PM to assign resources to the requirements based on the availability of the resources.

6. Project: TAP (Textile Account Package)

This Project is an Accounts package through which sales cash billing will be on LAN i.e.
generating a new bill numbers on different systems and data base is maintained in a server
with which the accounts are made on-line. Also it has the flexibility of entering any type of
transaction from any system to update the accounts like wise of Sales Cash, Sales Credit,
Sales Return, Purchase, Purchase Return, Journal Vouchers, Credit Vouchers, Debit
Vouchers, Cash Receipts, Cash Payments, Bank Payments, Bank Receipts which will effect
both to the Account head and to the Party or to the type of different Account head.
