FRIGORTEC GmbH
The GRANIFRIGORTM grain cooling system was developed together with the University Dsseldorf/ Germany and since then the grain cooling units have been built in series. From 2003 onwards the GRANIFRIGORTM exists in its 3rd generation and has already been supplied in more than 70 countries. Grain cooling with the GRANIFRIGORTM - system is the most natural, safe and efficient way of grain preservation. Several thousands of GRANIFRIGORTM units, successfully in operation, are cooling wheat, barley, maize, rape seed, rye, mixed feed, oats, rice, soy bean, peas, potatoes, grass seeds, paddy, millet, cacao beans, coffee beans, etc. The product series include 8 various unit sizes. The biggest unit is designed for storage capacities of more than 10,000 tons. For tropic regions, we offer a special tropic-unit type. On request, all units are also available for different voltages 50/ 60 Hz, 220/ 400/ 440V. Additional equipment can be ordered like a modular system. If needed, the GRANIFRIGORTM grain coolers can be equipped with a programmable control (direct digital control DDC), or with a conventional safety circuit. Our employees - skilled specialists in the field of refrigeration engineering, electrics and machine engineering - in our own production in Amtzell / GERMANY are manufacturing cooling units and heat pumps. Quality is FrigorTecs main subject. Each device passes through a quality inspection with multi-stage test runs according to our quality-management system. In this way, each product is tested under its individual conditions relevant to the installation, to ensure that it fulfils in reality its purpose: namely to provide reliable cooling. Mathews Company
he Mathews Company (M-C) has designed, manufactured and marketed grain dryers throughout the world for nearly 60 years. Mathews Company offers both tower and modular dryers for all crops with capacities up to 100 tonnes per hour. The grain dryers are EU certified and are offered with various fuel options such as oil, natural gas, or propane. M-C offers both modular expandable dryers and vacuum cooled energy efficient tower dryers and are operated by M-Cs state-of-theart Pinnacle Lite dryer control system.
LEGACY SERIES
As a central part of your grain handling and management system, an M-C Legacy Series Dryer with multiple heat zones delivers increased flexibility, fuel efficiency and higher quality grain. These modular dryers are expandable and designed with multiple drying zones that deliver increased flexibility, fuel efficiency and higher grain quality. A heavy, welded steel base provides strength and support for future expansion. All modular dryers are equipped with quiet, high air flow centrifugal fans. Adjustable Venturi gas burners provide maximum combustion at all operating temperatures. A gas manifold with microprocessor controlled electronic gas proportional valve allows complete control of plenum temperature for all grain types. Regardless of outside temperature changes, a constant plenum temperature is automatically maintained. Digital readout displays plenum temperature and set point during dryer operation.
TOWER SERIES
Energy saving M-C Tower Series Dryers are engineered to deliver the benefits that are most important to commercial dryer operators. With fewer moving parts and vacuum cooling, M-C tower dryers raise the bar to set a new standard in simplicity, environmental acceptability, reliability and efficiency. The Tower Series dryers are manufactured with a solid, welded stainless steel base, and stainless steel sheeting. Premium Maxon burners offer efficient heat at low pressures throughout the plenum chamber, offering maximum efficiency. Vacuum cooling is key to the popularity and success of the M-C tower dryers. Reclaiming heated air from cooling the grain results in less fuel usage and significant monetary savings. After blending with ambient air drawn from outside, the pre-heated air is returned to the blowers, lowering energy consumption and producing maximum efficiency. Easy to operate, clean and quiet, reliable and efficient, M-C Tower Series Dryers provide the best means to lower input costs and add profit.
PINNACLE LITE
M-Cs simple, easy to use, Pinnacle Lite control system with TruDry technology has a touch screen control panel inside a remote, NEMA IV-rated control cabinet. The Pinnacle Lite system regulates heated air temperature, fuel flow, and dryer discharge controls electrical functions with clear, easy to understand operation. Four state-of-the-art RTD sensors with signal-enhanced transmission ensure accurate grain sensing. Remote monitoring capabilities are available and USB port is standard for data transfer. Only M-C dryers come with a failsafe back-up system that is simple to engage. All M-C dryers are able to operate in manual mode in the unlikely event of PLC failure. 4Bs drop forged chain is made of special heat treated alloy steel case hardened to Rockwell C57 - C62 with a ductile core hardness of Rockwell C40. 4Bs superior heat treatment technique provides the optimum chain link with a more resilient ductile core for shock resistance, and an extremely hard exterior surface for superior wear resistance. 4B offer the following chain pitches as standard: 102NA, 125NA, 142NA, 142HA, 150NA, 160NA, 175NA, 200NA, 216NA, 250NA, 260NA 4B also offer double and triple links for heavy duty applications as well as the Bolt n Go system.
4Bs Bolt N Go flight system is a revolutionary assembly method for drop forged chain and round link chain. Link and flight assembly is made easy by using a standard bolt and mechanical lock nut with a high strength hollow pin. There are no circlips and no intricate assembly required. There is no welding of flights, no need to remove chain from the conveyor for installation, and no issues with strength. The Bolt n Go system is easy, simple and reliable.

Company History: Tapco Inc. was conceived in the early 1970s by Paul D. Taylor, President and Ted W. Beaty, Executive Vice President, to fill a void in the elevator bucket industry. At that time, there were only a small number of nonmetallic buckets manufactured in the U.S.A. --- all the other buckets were made from fabricated steel. With the inherent problems of steel buckets and the limited range of the existing polyethylene styles, the time was right for Tapco. The name Tapco is derived from Ted And Pauls Company. Tapco has been in its own 92,000 square feet facility for more than 20 years, bringing injection molding in-house for better control and cost effectiveness. Nine injection molding machines ranging from a small 150-ton to a very large 1,000-ton press, allows Tapco to make their entire range of buckets in the most expedient and quality-controlled manner. Industries served include food, agriculture, chemical, mines, mills & material handling. Some materials are FDA & USDA approved and meet ASTM standards. buckets are manufactured in the highest quality materials: 100% prime virgin polyethylene, high impact nylon and thermoplastic urethane. Elevator bolts are available in six styles and are made in carbon steel, zinc plate and stainless steel. Tapco also stocks belt fasteners and conveyer accessories. Tapco specializes in the production of injection molded resin buckets. Injection molded buckets give the utmost in long life. The extremely high pressures required to make injection molded buckets guarantee very dense, long wearing surfaces. The resins selected by Tapco are specifically designed for use in the feed industry. Tapco has the products you want, when you need them, and at a competitive price! The shipping staff is geared to handle the most urgent of emergencies. Tapco has shipped to more than 50 different countries around the world. Stocking distributors are located strategically in North America, Central America, South America, Australia, Western Europe and the Pacific Rim.

Product Line: Tapco stocks the largest inventory of elevator buckets and elevator bolts in the Western Hemisphere, with some 900,000 buckets and over 14 million elevator bolts. Tapco also maintains a large inventory of abrasion resistant sheeting, drag flights and hanger bearings. A history of over 800 models

Through years of unrelenting efforts, Muyang has developed over 100 series (more than 800 models) of high quality feed and grain processing machines. It is capable of undertaking all types of turn-key feed engineering projects ranging
from ordinary animal feed production facilities to upper-class extruded aquafeed production lines. Among Muyang products 18 were listed as the National New and High Technology Products. Technological innovation

n 2009 it was precisely a century ago that Dirk Ottevanger, a millers son, founded a regional windmill manufacturing company, laying the foundation for Ottevanger Milling Engineers BV. Nowadays Ottevanger plants can be found all over the world. The company is one of the leading Dutch companies who have specialized in the design and manufacture of equipment and complete plants for the grain processing and compound feed industry. In the past decades Ottevanger realized many turnkey projects worldwide. Installations for the productions of compound feed, premix, feed concentrates, aqua feed, pet food, flour, cereal and seed processing. The process of all our projects starts with a pre-study to find out if the project is feasible and if it can be carried out within a set budget. The next step is to start working on design, layout and technical specifications and a price calculation, followed by a definite design, purchase of materials and manufacturing of machines and steel works. After shipment to the plant location, the plant can be build under supervision of Ottevanger technical engineers. After starting up Ottevanger stays in contact with the client to support in training of employees, delivery of parts and maintenance. The described process is the regular working order for every project, but Ottevanger also produces a revolutionary design feed mill, a containerized feed mill can be put together in a matter of weeks at a production site. From 2 tph to 30 tph a large variation of combinations can be made.
The containerised feed milling unit is built to the size of standard 20-feet (6 meters) containers. At the plant location the containers are stacked to form a complete mill. Feeds for different species can be produced. Separate units have been designed for production of petfood and treatment of raw materials, such as soybeans. The concept has also been developed for flour production. The complete unit is pre-assembled in the factory, which reduces installation time on site by 80 percent. The complete electric control is part of the delivery and can be extended to a fully computerised system. Our product range also includes mixers, hammer mills, pellet mills, conditioners, extruders, driers/coolers, crumblers, crushers, bucket elevators, screw conveyors, chain conveyors, liquid dosing systems, storage silos for grain and feed, spare parts, electric control and fully process automation, after sales service worldwide.
