1 Project Feasibility Report Introduction

This report discusses the Feasibility of our Project. Our project is Android based game named Space Craft. It is a multiplayer game so the major thing is connectivity and the connectivity related material is available on Android Developers website. Method of obtaining Facts/Information: Meetings with other experts in our University. Surveys Library research From Internet

1.1.1 Technical Feasibility

This is concerned with specifying equipment and software that will successfully satisfy to build our game. We have appropriate skills so we can develop our project. We need programming and networking skill to develop our project and we have both skills so we hopefully can make our Game. We have evaluated ourselves that the whole team has skills to do project on modern tools and technologies.

1.1.2 Operational Feasibility

If we fully developed our Game and we hope we will develop it, and when end users use this Game application they will enjoy it because it is a complete multiplayer. The game is operationally feasible as it very easy for the End users to operate it. Both players will play to achieve better score as compared to his partner.

1.1.3 Economic Feasibility

Economical feasibility determines whether there are sufficient benefits in creating to make the cost acceptable, or is the cost of the system too high. As we know that our game development costs are usually one-time costs that will not recur after the project has been completed. For calculating the Development costs we evaluated certain cost categories.

1. Personal costs 2. Computer usage 3. Cost of any new computer equipments and software When we fully develop our game then we can sell it. We will sell it in $1, and if more end users want to get this game then we will earn more money.

1.1.4 Schedule Feasibility

Time evaluation is the most important consideration in the development of project. The time schedule required for the developed of this project is very important. The total time to complete the project is roughly 10 months. We have divided our project into segment and Tasks are given to each member of the group and they are accountable to complete the task before Dead line up. The connectivity of different modules is scheduled so project is also feasible with respect to schedule

1.1.5 Specification Feasibility

Required specification of hardware and software for the completion of this project are feasible. The specification of software is win xp (any operating system), Eclipse, Android SDK and hardware specification require an Android Mobile.

1.1.6 Information Feasibility

We have covered all the information regarding to our Android Based Game. As we are making our own Game and this is not a customer demand so we have our own specifications that we have decide. We want to make Android Game that is completely multiplayer .In game we have five levels, and when we clear a level the next level will be different from previous level (graphics, sound, craft shape, time). We maintain both players scores with level when he die

1.1.7 Motivational Feasibility

We have divided our project into different parts. When we complete our parts as we divide then we will test it if we have done right then it will encourage us to work more to complete our project. The probability that the organization is sufficiently motivated to support the development and implementation of the project. Our Project will be user-friendly, quick to learn and reliable.

1.1.8 Legal & Ethical Feasibility

This project supports legally and ethically to all end users .we provides our disclaimer and our privacy policy to customer. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.

Project/Product Scope

We build Android Based game named Space Craft. It is completely multiplayer game. We set 5 levels and all the levels are different form each level. One player will host the game and other will join it and the will play as a unit and their goal is to kill enemies, get scores and bonuses that helps a player to promote to next level. And our major feature is to pause and resume the game at runtime and save all the data to database of game in which player name, scores, bonuses and state of levels that player finishes. We divide our project into different modules which is also called our system level components, which is given below.

i) ii) iii) iv) v) vi)

Audio effect Scoring Connectivity ( using Bluetooth) Power Management (players and enemies) Settings (Pause , Resume etc) Time Management

Every module has its own special features that are necessary to build our game.
