SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Negotiated and drafted definitive agreements in-house for pipeline and terminal acquisition for Kinder Morgan. Handled separate FTC second request document productions in-house for Enterprise and Teppco. Sent to England to simultaneously negotiate multiple intellectual property licenses for $B Westlake project. Negotiated and documented deals realizing 40% more revenue from asset sales than predicted for Equiva. Created contracts, incentives, and franchise enforcement tools to move Texaco to #1 in gallons sold per station. Led a team generating a million pages of documents for FTC review of Texaco's $1.1B chemical company sale.
