Ken Wynne, the firms founder, has devoted his career to complex business litigation. He has practiced civil trial law in Houston since he graduated from law school at age 23 in 1967 over 40 years. Before founding his own firm in 1991, Mr. Wynne was a senior partner in the then 200 + lawyer firm of Bracewell & Patterson where he served on the management and litigation committees. He has represented institutional clients such as Marriot Corporation, T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., Citibank, and Saudi Basic Industries, Inc., and regularly represents individuals, private companies, and class action plaintiffs in high stakes litigation. Mr. Wynne is knowledgeable and experienced in essentially every area of business litigation.
