Amadeo Martinez calls for the disqualification of the English king for "serious crimes related to state terrorism"

In a letter to the President of the Congress of Deputies calling for the opening of a Parliamentary Commission Inivestigacin Amadeo Martinez calls for the disqualification of the English king for "serious crimes related to state terrorism" On the basis of "clear and emphatic are reasonable to suggest that the Spanish m onarch has done in his youth and his years of reign, beyond the 23-F, other seri ous crimes related to state terrorism, the misuse of public funds, corruption an d even premeditated murder. " 1:04 pm of Thursday, February 18, 2010 Observed near the 29th anniversary of 23-F and after the publication of the book of Colonel Amadeo Martinez English "May Conspiracy" in which, in connection wit h that event, reveals for the first time one of the best kept secrets Spanish tr ansition, this week sent the military historian and President of the Congress of Deputies, Jos Bono, a brief in accordance with the provisions of Article 77.1 of the Spanish Constitution, which prompted the creation of a Commission of Inquiry Parliament (art. 76.1 of the Constitution) to debug the responsibilities of Kin g Juan Carlos I at this sad time in our recent history, and also on the basis of "clear and emphatic are reasonable to suggest that the Spanish monarch has comm itted in his youth and his years of reign, beyond the 23-F, other serious crimes related to state terrorism, embezzlement of public funds, corruption and even p remeditated murder, are initiated by the House Spanish Parliament the necessary arrangements for the Spanish Cortes, as provided for in Article 59.2 of the EC, to "recognize the disqualification" of Juan Carlos de Borbon to remain at the he ad of the Spanish state "l. THE REPUBLIC reproduces the letter sent by English Bono Martinez. HE MR. PRESIDENT OF THE CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES OF SPANISH COURTS Don Amadeo Martinez English army colonel, military historian and writer, is add ressed to Your Excellency and the House presiding in accordance with the provisi ons of Article 77.1 of the Spanish Constitution stating the following: On September 23, 2005, and in accordance with the provisions of article 77.1 of the Spanish Constitution, forwarded to the chairman of the House of a comprehen sive report (40 pages) on the events in Spain in the afternoon / evening of Febr uary 23 of 1981 (popularly known as the "attempt involution of 23-F") in which, after a long investigation of more than twenty years, had a range of reasonable grounds to suggest that King Juan Carlos I was the top responsible for planning, coordination, preparation and execution. Accordingly he called for the establis hment of a Commission of Inquiry, as set out in Article 76.1 of the Constitution , to study, investigate and analyze such despicable episode in the recent histor y of Spain and debug responsibilities (political and historical, preferably ) in which the Spanish monarch could incur. In January 2006, four months after sending the report to the President of the C ongress of Deputies and given the lack of response from it at the same, I decide d to send the lengthy document to the President of the Senate, the Government of the nation and the most high state institutions: the Supreme Judicial Council, Supreme Court, Constitutional Court, Council of State ... etc, etc.

Unable to get any response from these preeminent institutions of the State (exc ept the Senate acknowledged by the Commission on petitions of the House), a year later, dated February 23, 2007, presented in person at the Congress venue Deput ies of the same report again requesting the creation of a Commission to investig ate the alleged coup of 23-F; also seen what happened in this House on 23 Februa ry last year, when it marked the twenty-fifth anniversary of that unfortunate ev ent, some groups reject outright parliamentary institutional note intended to sp read its president and, as had been customary in recent years, pointing to King Juan Carlos as the supreme and sole "savior of democracy and freedoms of the Spa nish people "endangered by the Tejero coup. As a result of the above and noting that neither the Congress of Deputies, Mr. President to his face, nor the other authorities that had led the paper would bo ther to acknowledge receipt of it I decided, in February 2008, publish all of my research on King Juan Carlos in book form ("Juan Carlos I, the last Bourbon"), a lengthy article about the life of the Spanish monarch in which he analyzed, af ter many years of study and dedication, not only the already mentioned issue of 23-F, but some of the many serious irregularities political, military, family, e conomic ... who has starred in over three decades long reign. Many of these irre gularities are obviously serious crimes alleged and should not be hidden in any of the ways under the rug of history. On April 4, 2008, after the elections of M arch 9 and the new Parliament constituted outputs of the popular will, I went fo r the first time as president of VE Congress of Deputies, under which contemplat es and that Article 77.1 of the Spanish Constitution, require the creation and r epeatedly requested the Parliamentary Committee to proceed immediately to study and investigate the clear responsibilities of the Spanish monarch in fact denoun ced him, and they are as follows: 1 .- The call for years, "attempted regression of 23-F" and was not really such , but a botched high-flying maneuver Bourbon, regardless of the Constitution and laws, to change the legitimate government of the nation advantage of the Crown. 2 .- The creation and organization of self-proclaimed Anti-Terrorist Liberation Groups (GAL), consisting of certain sectors of the Forces of State Security and the Army (of which the Spanish monarch had knowledge before they begin to act c lassified documents through the CESID) and committed with criminal expeditious m ethods for least twenty-eight murders and a kidnapping state. 3 .- The surprising and rapid enrichment of his family (in thirty years has gon e from absolute poverty to have one of the greatest fortunes in Europe, accordin g to credit information of all who have been denied by La Zarzuela). 4 .- The continued acceptance of gifts and donations by individuals (yachts, ca rs ...) that would logically interested pursuing something in return. 5 .- Payment with funds reserved for the Presidency of the Government and the d efense and interior ministries to address the blackmail of certain star of Spani sh show that compromising sex videos available with King Juan Carlos. 6 .- The unfortunate death of the infant D. Alfonso de Bourbon in "Villa Girald a" (residence of the Counts of Barcelona in Estoril) on March 29, 1956 and that the thread of professional analysis included in the reference work quite clearly that the alleged accident could actually be a premeditated fratricide. On October 8, 2008, I went for the second time VE attach a report on the anomal ous action of the Spanish king (then Prince of Spain and in charge of the interi m leadership of the Spanish State) in connection with the delivery to Morocco, i n November 1975 of the old Spanish province of Western Sahara. Which shows that, according to testimonies and historical research of all credit, Juan Carlos de Borbon could commit alleged crimes of high treason, cowardice before the enemy a

nd genocide of the Saharawi people in the degree of collaboration required. On March 2, 2009, and nearly a year late, finally received confirmation of rece ipt to the first of my writings led to his authority, signed by the head of the Department of Registration and Distribution of Congressional Documents Deputies, which informed me that the document had been entered in that house and had been transferred to the Committee on Petitions of it for "his timely study and proce ssing." In December 2009, ten months after I got the notification referred to in the previous section, given the haste with which little had been played by the always industrious lower house of the Spanish Cortes on the issue of acknowledgm ent of my writing denunciation of the king and before the gates of what VE has c alled publicly as "working time between sessions" and the rest of us do not stop being a huge Christmas holidays and New Year (48 days), with the added danger d ecades had passed before he returned to find some of that "due inquiry and proce ssing" by the Petitions Committee of the Congress ... decided to take a step in the undoubtedly challenging professional task I have set myself giving known to the Spanish people, through a new book ("The Conspiracy of May"), the latest and surprising revelations about the 23-F that were in my power after many years of research in the most reserved of the military. And to clarify in a definitive, radical, compelling ... plots, the conspiracies and spurious pacts that marked t he long planning, preparation and execution of such unfortunate event in recent history. Unpublished revelations naively booking came like gold cloth to make th em available to your Lordships when you really want to debug the high responsibi lities that day, and in relation to the false military coup, invariably point to the still figure of Bourbon "King of the Spanish people." Something to do, no d oubt, personally, blame the passivity of the House presides VE that is crystal c lear, has chosen the path of silence administrative inconvenience, looking the o ther way and beating around the bush with very serious and repetitive complaints filed by a Spanish against the current head of state, made, yes, after many yea rs of research and supported, moreover, compelling prima facie evidence of guilt of the same coup alleged crimes, State terrorism, embezzlement public corruptio n ... etc, etc. And that something should be exposing the public, the unveiling for the first time the media and Spanish society in general one of the best kept mysteries of the Spanish transition, a military secrecy slept for decades in th e bowels of "big dumb" Spanish military, posing as born, was prepared, reviewed and organized the blow "to Turkish," the big bet coup "Operation Mstoles" within a military move (a new "National Uprising") cutting Francoist, ready to be launch ed in the early hours of May 2, 1981, could have led the country into civil war. To remove which, bypassing the bullfighter's Constitution and laws, the king of Spain did not hesitate to give his generals placet courtiers (Armada and Milans ) to plan and implement, in close contact with the main political parties Spanis h parliamentary spectrum, the botched military-political maneuver that immediate ly became known institution in Spain and around the world as the "coup involutio n of 23-F". Lord President of the Congress of Deputies: In power and the soverei gn people my latest research on the 23-F and with them the best kept secret of t he Spanish Army in connection with the plot that made it possible and, therefore , available to the Spanish courts can hear firsthand how it was forged one of th e most controversial events of the recent history of this country, and my offer more loyal to both the Congress of Deputies and the Senate to receive any additi onal information that require on this important matter, I would ask Your Excelle ncy the following: That in accordance with laid down in Article 76.1 of the Span ish Constitution, and since neither can nor should be assumed by the Spanish peo ple and their institutions the unfortunate fact that Head of State is occupied b y a suspect guilty of crimes and state terrorism coup, will become urgent in the House that VE chairs a Commission of Inquiry to debug the responsibilities of t he present King of Spain Juan Carlos I, both the events in this country in the a fternoon / evening of 23 February 1981 (wrongly named since by the government as "involutionary attempt by military and civilian guards nostalgic for the old re gime") and those occurring between the years 1983-1986 related to the dirty war against ETA (28 murders and a kidnapping) carried out by mercenaries and members

of the CFSE and the Army. Just as in any other suspected criminal activities in which being able to intervene and determine the current Spanish monarch and pre sented, discussed and valued in the newspaper reports that the historian is able to send to the Spanish Cortes. And as a corollary indisputable, given the gravity of the crimes allegedly comm itted by Juan Carlos de Borbon both in the performance of its constitutional and in those that were either clearly not respected, proceed by the Congress of Dep uties (maximum representation of the sovereign power of the Spanish people and o nly national institution that could do so constitutionally) to initiate the nece ssary steps and urgent to the Spanish Cortes, according to what stated in Articl e 59.2 of the Constitution, to "recognize the disqualification" of present King of Spain Juan Carlos I, to keep flaunting the Spanish head of state as King. Without prejudice to the responsibilities of any kind (including criminal) than in a truly democratic state of law, in which all citizens are equal before the law could be attributed to it in the future, Borbon and citizen, I repeat Once a gain, Mr. Speaker, are related to very serious, and when suspected, coup crimes, State terrorism, embezzlement, premeditated fratricide, corruption ... etc, etc .

And finally, Mr. President of the Congress of Deputies, if the House thinks tha t presides VE continue disregarding and ignoring my complaints as it has done th ese last five years or hibernating in perpetuity (for study and handling) on the Comm ttee on Petitions itself, as it has in the past ten months and it seems wants to do in the future, please inform me officially to an authority of this country, and in what form, should I ask from now on. Because, of course, the military his torian undersigned will not give up at all the Spanish people know, loud and cle ar, what kind of "saving democracy" holds the head of state and, moreover, is co nvinced that even the sacrosanct Constitution specifies 78 states categorically that this man (or god), the king is inviolable and irresponsible to the justice of man (hopefully with the divine, no), some mechanism must exist in a democrati c and of law as is Spanish is today, to sit on the bench if it is proved to have committed heinous crimes. Democratic mechanisms such as the recently launched in a developing country and , in theory, less respectful to Spain with the characteristic parameters of the rule of law as is Peru, which has just condemned no less than twenty-five years imprisonment to former President Alberto Fujimori, for a crime almost equal to t hose allegedly committed by King Juan Carlos I in the early eighties of last cen tury coups and state terrorism. Because if not, Mr. President of the Congress of Deputies, if the current head of the Spanish State (a title of king for testicular desire of the dictator Fran co, disgusting political ejaculation, however, accepted without question the fle ecy and cowardly citizenry of the time with their political leaders at the top) is above the law and the justice of man, tell me that VE differs from, for examp le, the former president of the Francoist Cortes and the Council of the kingdom, Rodrguez de Valcrcel Falange. To whom, by the way, November 22, 1975 swore allegian ce to the fundamental principles of the Fascist state left in July 1936, the cur rent King of Spain Juan Carlos I, the last Bourbon. I sign this letter in Alcala de Henares to February 16, 2010
