CIM organized and conducted four seminars in the month of November which includes a general seminar and three partnership seminars through which we were able to reach 321 pastors and mission leaders. CIM Management & Leadership Seminar On 22 nd and 23 rd November,

Management & Leadership Seminar was conducted in Hyderabad with Joseph Mathai (Habitat), Jacob Varghese (CIM) and S.D. Jeyakumar (CIM) as the Resource Persons. Several participants were new to the management subjects being taught. All the queries raised were answered by the resources persons who helped them to learn and understand the subjects to be more effective. Partnership Seminars Gospel Echoing Missionary Society, Varanasi : We partnered with GEMS, Bihar for three days seminar at Varanasi-Uttar Pradesh from 9 to 11 November. Our resource Persons S. D. Jeyakumar (CIM) and J. S. Anbu (CIM) made it very interactive and all the 50 mission leaders were blessed through this seminar. Christian Fellowship Community Health Centre, Tamilnadu : CIM organized a seminar for the leaders of CFCHC Group, Dindigul-Tamilnadu with our Resource Person John Ravindran (Charted Accountant). Friends Missionary Prayer Band, Orissa : J.S. Anbu (CIM) was the Resource Person for 2 days seminar for leaders which was organised by FMPB from 24-25 November in Orissa. Partnership Seminar with India Every Home Crusade from 13-15 December, 2011 at Chennai. The orientation programme for the CIM Management courses (MA / MCM / PG Diploma / Diploma) was held in Chennai on 7 th November. Students from across the country participated in the Orientation. This was followed by coaching classes from 8 11 Nov. on the subjects like Principles and Practices of Management, Basics of Accountancy, Human Resource Management and General Economics. consisted of Merlin Isaac (Madras Christian College), Vijay Engineering College), Arul Mariyanathan (CIM) and Aby Alexandar (CIM). M.A. in Christian Management (Semester-III) coaching classes were held in Delhi (Nov. 8-11), Shillong (Nov. 1518) and Chennai (Nov. 22-25). Leaderwell P (Global Disciples), V Satyamurti (AIMED), G Chidambaram (Shalom), Larilin Kharpuri (MLCU), Marina Marwin (MLCU), Sairabell Kurbah (MLCU), Arul Mariyanathan (CIM), Paul Samuel (CIM), J. Collins (CIM) and Aby Alexander (CIM) served as the resource persons in different centers. L.K. Sagma (M.A. Student) from Tura, Meghalaya commented as follows. It has been a great time for me, learning new and relevant subjects. I believe the teachings during these few days will have a great impact in our personal & ministry life. CIM Board of Studies has been reconstituted and held its first meeting in CIM office on 19 th November. Following are the new members. Christian Manager : The Oct-Nov11 issue of Christian Manager focuses mainly on the Management of Christian Media especially in the backdrop of the recently held Christian Media Conference 2011. The edition features a report along with interviews with the chief coordinator for the event, Ashvin Dhyriam. A seminar article on Indigenous Resource Mobilisation was also featured.

Management Publications: CIMs much anticipated book MANAGEMENT DEVOTIONAL-2012 was released on 19 th Nov 2011 at YWCA, Chennai. For the occasion, Jayakumar Christian (World Vision India) gave a special message on Christian Character and Competence and he received the first copy of the book which was released by Paul Asveen (Compassion India).
