(2) Coral Project This is a pioneer project in Malaysia in the commercialization of cultured live corals to meet the increasing demand for marine ornamentals worldwide. Mariculture of corals has been proven successful as a sustainable means of supplying hard and soft corals species. Cultured corals adapt better to aquarium conditions compared to wild corals and also satisfy the requirements of CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Flora & Fauna). This project has obtained the export permit and CITES for the sale of cultured corals. It also provides rehabilitation services for destroyed coral reef to preserve the coastal ecosystems.

This project has expanded to include ornamental fish as a package for aquarium hobbyists as it has obtained the export permit for the sale of ornamental fish. It also has the import permit for food fish fry. (3) Seacage Project This project, located off the Kerindingan Reef in clear pristine water, focuses on high value fish such as tiger grouper, humpback grouper, red snapper and sea bass. Besides fish culture, it will also provides a market outlet for farmers for their produce at market prices. Future expansion will include integrated farming of other high value species such as abalone, sea cucumber & giant clam. (4) Wellness/Eco Tourism Project This joint-venture project taps the potential of eco tourism and the biodiversity of the forest herbs through the development of an integrated Resort, Spa and Wellness Centre and an integrated organic farm (including herbs).
