Codes of Ethics 1. Any employee caught in the case of taking bribes would be subjected to penalty i.e decrease in bonuses and salaries or may be termination. 2. The selection of suppliers would be approved by the higher authorities. 3. Any suppliers caught in the issue of bribes shall be subjected to the termination of current biasness agreement. 4. The company reserve rights to take legal actions against the suppliers if ant fraudulent act affects the reputation and good will of the organization. 5. Higher authorities should regularly monitor and evaluate the suppliers and its employees quarterly or at least annually. 6. There should be transparency in the selection of suppliers. 7. Dishonesty and unfairness will not be treated by the org. 8. Conflict of interest will be resolved by the higher author 9. There should not be any direct relations between the suppliers and employees. 10.Bids would be accepted through the defined procedure. 11.Company discourages any biasness in supplier selection. 12.Company encourages the employees who provide proof against anyone involved in bribes.
