Following are the types of problems faced by iyt and their solutions. 1) lack of human resource: The companies quality department with 10 employees has the over all responsibility for quality assurance, product testing, compliance and dealing with customers feedback. 2) lack of involvement form non-production functions: As the main core business of company is textile manufacturing, majority of improvement will come from manufacturing areas. Question no 9: Answer: It is a week culture because a company should have a good communication with each other. In IYT company there is only 10 people who are employed in the quality department. As there are many departments in the company with a labor force of 225 employees. the span of control is controlled by lesser people and it will create difficulty for communication between the employees.

Question no 12: Workplace spirituality: According to me there is work place spirituality as the managers helps their employers and motivates them. Work place spirituality means that that the individuals and the organization attempting to live their values more fully in the work they do. As the managers gives spiritual training to their employees so they can feel good in their work place and they can work at full capacity. As when the reporters asked questions from the IYT employee and he immediately answered that he was proud to be part of this company which clearly shows that employees in IYT company are very relax in their working environment.

Question no 15: Answers: Decision making process is a process which is normally done by managers and the leaders in the company. It is a very important process for the success of the company. In IYT the decision process is made by the managers. They know when and how to make this process. At first the managers make a meeting on which they want to make a decision and after the discussion on the topic they make a finial decision and use resources to make that decision in reality.

Question no 17: Answer: There are two types of decision making conditions. First is certainty and the second is uncertainty. As the IYT company is a textile company and they cannot predict the future so the decision making condition in IYT will be un-certainty. As the managers dont know about the future of their company so they will just predict the future. A decision which is under un-certainty is when there are many unknowns and no possibility of knowing what could occur in the future to alter the outcome of the decision.
