COMPLAINT-DIVERSITY

Plaintiff states a cause of action against Defendant, Peggy M. Kraft under Peggy M. Kraft Revocable trust for fraud and forgery in Probate Fiduciary Administration.

JURISDICTION This court has jurisdiction under diversity of citizenship where the amount of damages exceeds $74,000 dollars. This court has jurisdiction of the venue where the cause of action of the creation of fraudulent documents occurred in state of Arizona as the Defendant is a resident of the State of Arizona.

FACTS Plaintiff, Krystal M. Marshall is a resident of the state of California. Peggy M. Kraft under her irrevocable trust as a retired deputy register clerk while residing in the state of Arizona produced fraudulent guardianship certificates to assist in kidnapping and illegally seizing her child from the state of California.

As a result of the fake certificates Aradia L. Marshall the documents were accepted as genuine and Aradia L. Marshall was illegally seized, kidnapped (ie child trafficked) to cult church runners in Lewistown, Pennsylvania.

Plaintiff states the true identity of this cult operative is unknown and Peggy Kraft and the conspiring kidnapping parties conceal his true identity using aliases such as Robert A. Nilram, C.A. Nilram, Robert A. Beaulieu, Robert S. Beaulieu, and Joseph C. Pieroni and his alleged wife Dawn Nilram, (aka Danin Taylor, Dawn Taylor, Dawn Taylor-Nilram).

The Deputy knowingly made these false documents and false misrepresentations of fact in order to defraud the Plaintiff out of her liberty interest over the care custody and control of only child minor, Aradia L. Marshall which has resulted in damages of both monetary, emotional suffering, and deprivations of rights under color of law in violation of the 1 and 14 Amendments to the United States Constitution.

Plaintiff moves in damages under equitable relief as well as monetary damages for the following remedies: 1. Peggy M. Kraft caused fraud upon the court in multiple states as a result of the fraudulent certificates. Plaintiff requests all documents ruled in writing as void ab initio and unenforceable as a matter of law. 2. Plaintiff is deprived of her liberty interest as a result of the fraud and requests the immediate return of her child as a matter of law. 3. Plaintiff moves in the amount of damages as set forth $50,000 per day for the depriving of her child, emotional pain and suffering, and damages related to loss of property, due to the fraud of Peggy M. Kraft and Peggy M. Kraft Revocable Trust. Plaintiff request total monetary damages in the amount of 30,825,000 million dollars. 4. Any other remedy deemed just and proper before this court.
