Project 4: Flight Management System (FMS) Simulation

Job Profile Developed code for frontend UI and backend database integration in VC++ and MySQL for the FMS. FMS is a computer onboard the Aircraft that provides the flight crew with functionalities of flight planning, navigation, performance and trajectory computations and control and guidance of aircraft in four dimensions. FMS flight planning component allows for the creation and modification of flight plans. Navigation component determines the aircraft position. Performance component calculates necessary aircraft performance data. Guidance component issues commands for roll and pitch of aircraft in lateral and vertical dimensions.
