This LOV type Siebel Order Number , is inactivated by Walt on 10/13/2011 12:13:51 P M in PRODUCTION.

Until, re activating or removing this LOV from all Invoicing profiles, it will e rror out the Billing monitor agent.

Found the root cause,

All the failed orders are mapped to Invoice to account n# 2209062.

KRUGER PRODUCTS LP , locatio

Prepaid required references of this Invoice To has a wrong type ber .

Siebel Order Num

To avoid the re-occurrence of this error , need to remove this reference type or need to add this in LOV type.

2002525414 , but ver# 2 , stuck up and causing iss

Removed that from S_ESCL_STATE, and the records are getting processed now..

Working on triggering the Key gen process for orders sent by Brian.

After that, will analyze the root cause of issue on this record .

My ticket was closed on this issue but I don t this is fixed yet. I had just sent Senthil an email with just under 4,000 orders on it that I believe should have had invoice group keys on them.

Is there still a backlog of orders that needs to be processed?

We identified the record that was causing the issues and removed it from the pro cessing queue. Things are processing fine again. I am working with Brian on ge tting a list of orders that need grouping keys so we can manually reprocess thos e. Thanks

Billing Workflow Monitor Agent is erroring and restarting.

Hello

I m wondering if there is a problem with the invoice group key generation today? Normally it seems to me like the group keys are updated not too long after chang es are made to the order.

On Wal-Mart I m seeing examples on orders where line items are added and the group keys are generated on the line items or the order is in a Planned/Released stat us and all line items are missing the group key.

Below I have two different orders examples:

2002489738 2002526108

ASR was added today and doesn t have a group key All line items are missing the group key.

I will log a ticket here if there is something wrong.
