Advait Life-Education (P) is an organization founded by IIM and IIT alumni in association with academicians from some of the leading Business-schools of India. It is best seen as a vision towards an evolved, integral and sublime human being through meaningful and value-based life-education. Advait seeks to promote creativity, wisdom and integrity among professionals and students by addressing the way they are trained or taught. To this effect, Advait harnesses the power of literature, stories and other works of natural arts. We have been active in conducting Management Development Programs (MDPs), Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and Student Development Programs (SDPs). Our partners range from Government Institutions to Business Houses to Academic Institutions. Job Description:
The role comprises of: 1. Project management: The incumbent would be handling one or multiple projects including issues like quality assurance, logistics, relationship management and all other aspects of project management. 2. Conducting Training Sessions based on topics like Awareness, Opinion Formation, Creativity, Individuality, Communication and Motivation. 3. Business Development by contributing to expansion of existing business lines as well as generating new ones.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The desired profile is as follows: Skills: Should be an excellent communicator. Ability to develop original content and a high degree of creativity is required. An ability to interpret and apply literature (poems, stories) is most welcome. Attitude: Should be a quick-learner with aspirations to assume leadership positions. Problem-solving attitude is a must. High levels of motivation required. The candidate must have a love for teaching and development. Should be concerned about and have a deep interest in life-education. Its not a typical corporate job and only those with offbeat career aspirations would enjoy it. Travel: The candidates must be prepared for outstation travel and deployment.

Designation and Emoluments:

The candidate would be hired as a trainee Assistant Manager/Manager. The salary package would be: a)Fixed In hand salary: 18,000- 20,000(depending upon the candidate) b) Variable salary: Would depend on the performance in Business Development. On a reasonable level of achievement, it would be Rs 4000-5000 per month.
