Work Experience: Dec. 2008 to Feb 2011 Supply Chain Manager Spectra Technologies, LLC - East Camden, Arkansas As the Supply Chain Manager for a LAP (Load, Assemble, and Pack) DOD contractor. Responsibilities included the day to day management of five departments; Procur ement, Materials/Inventory Control, Receiving, Transportation (materials movemen ts to the production lines) and Shipping. Coordinate and schedule supplier deliv ery schedules with production contract requirements. Monitor and maintain materi al inventories for a sixty day supply of over 18MM parts that provides for 13 di fferent production assembly lines. Reduced direct commodity material costs by 6. 5% in 2010. I implemented an ERP system to improve the purchasing of raw materia ls and their inventory storage and tracking. Responsible for flow down technical data, drawings, and information to suppliers with each contract issued. Maintai ned and monitored direct material attrition rates for purchasing forecasts for t he duration of each contract to ensure the required inventories for contract com pletions were on hand. Planned, scheduled, and managed our movement of inert mat erials into a central warehouse of over 100,000 sq ft from 18 regional bunker lo cations while maintaining 27 other bunker warehouse locations (per DOD and ATF r equirements of explosive materials). Recovered/reclaimed over $750K of non compl iant direct materials from suppliers of rejected materials that were disposition ed as return to supplier. Jul 2007 - Dec 2008 Project Manager (at Georgia Pacific Savannah River Mill in Rincon, Ga.) PowerTech LLC Project Manager for a $43MM safety and production increase upgrade project in th e Tissue converting department. Performed Hazard Identification Risk Analysis to develop the scope of work for the project. Responsible for the Supply Chain of materials, equipment, goods and services from suppliers to meet implemented sche dules. Responsible for Supplier selection and their ability to meet technical, q uality, and budgetary criteria established for the overall project schedules tha t I established. Managed and trained the engineering team for performing Hazard Identification Risk Analysis. Developed +/-10% capital budget and funds request for the capital investment project. Developed the internal project schedules, as well each supplier and contractor's timeline schedule for their criteria budget for each phase of the five year project. Due to the down turn in the economy th e project was indefinitely suspended after a year and a half and Powerless went out of business. 2004 to July 2007 Supply Chain, Procurement, Contracts, Manager Powerless, LLC - Florence, Al Logistics Manager for Procurement, Supply Chain, and Contracts After the completion of the 10 year project at IP Courtland, I was brought into

the central engineering offices and managed the Supply Chain, Procurement and Co ntract services division for numerous projects for customers in Texas and the So utheast Region. Responsible for Supplier selection and evaluations. Ensured suppliers were fully capable of executing to the technical, quality, and programmatic requirements. Established budgets, schedules and measured the performance of suppliers for all projects. Maintained cost controls for all project managers as related to suppl ier contracts, goods and services as measured against the established budgets of each contract. I authored the Winder Safety Manual for Machine Guarding. Manage the engineering staff on a day to day basis for tasks and responsibilities and would travel to mill-sites to manage the construction services and subcontractors. Conducted wee kly safety meetings. Performed engineering studies for clients to determine that proposed projects would meet corporate R.O.I. criteria. Courtland, Alabama. Manager Multi $MM capital projects at this mill while supervising a staff of eng ineers and project managers on other in-house jobs. Performed budget estimates a nd wrote capital funds requests for client. I served as the Procurement director responsible for contracts with sub-contractors for all projects for this custom er on nearly 40 different projects. Responsible for creating and maintaining pro ject schedules for all on site jobs. Selected, secured and managed Suppliers for goods and services. Developed and Coordinated installation schedules with clien t's manufacturing schedules to insure maximum profits due to time constraint var iations on scheduled and unscheduled Paper Machine outages. Managed construction installations during client outages which totaled over 480 outages for 5 different Paper Machines and Converting areas of the mill. Average Project completion costs were 12% under budget due to aggressive measure s of contract negotiations with suppliers, standardizing designs, materials fabr ication practices, contract negotiations with suppliers and coordination of sche duling installations to maximize efficiency.
