Contest Period: The "Contest Period" starts 12:00:01 am (GMT +4) on 31 March 2011 ("Contest-Start") and ends 11:59:59 pm (GMT +4) on 31 May 2011 ("Contest-End"). Sponsors computer clock and scoring system is the official time clock and scoring system for the Contest. 2. Eligibility: The Contest is open only to legal residents of Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, the Palestinian Territories, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen, who are at least 18 years of age as of the Contest-Start. Legal residents of other countries not listed in the Official Rules may enjoy playing the Fanta Chase Game, but they will not qualify for the Prize. Entrants may play the Fanta Chase Game as often as they like. The Contest is void in all countries not listed in the Official Rules, and where prohibited or restricted. Employees, officers, trustees, directors, agents and representatives of The Coca-Cola Export Corporation-Dubai ("Sponsor"), and of Memac Ogilvy, Dubai ("Co-Administrators") and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising, design, web design, web hosting and promotion and publicity agencies and any other individuals or entities connected with the production or distribution of this Contest, (collectively the "Contest Entities"), and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and each of their spouses regardless of where they live) or members of household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize. 3. Personal Information: By checking the appropriate boxes on the registration page, you agree and acknowledge that Sponsor is permitted to receive your registration data. All personal information collected by Sponsor will be used by Sponsor in accordance with its privacy policy. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Facebook. The information provided will be used for solely for purposes of administering the Contest. Refer to Privacy Statement below for further details. 4. How to Participate: You may participate via the Internet during the Contest Period. Go to http://facebook.com/fantachase (the "Contest Site"), and follow the instructions to confirm your country of legal residence and to accept the Official Rules in order to enter. 5. Prize: Prize is one (1) Apple iPad 2 (16 GB) (second generation) (the "Prize") to be awarded to the eligible entrant with the highest score as of the Contest-End in each of the countries listed in the Official Rules ("Contest Winner"). A total of ten (10) Prizes will be awarded at Contest-End. An entrant is only eligible to win only one (1) Prize. In the event 2 or more entrants from one of the participating countries have achieved identical scores at Contest-End, then the entrant who achieved that score first in time will be deemed the winner of the Prize for that country. Actual retail value of the Prize will depend on the location of residence of the Contest Winner(s). Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or other consideration. Contest Winners will be responsible for all other expenditures associated with acceptance and use of the Prize not specifically mentioned here. By entering this Contest, entrants acknowledge that the Prizes will be awarded "as is" and that the Contest Entities make no

warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, concerning the Prize or regarding its use, value or enjoyment. Sponsor reserves the right to replace and/or change the Prize to be awarded at its discretion and without prior notice. 6. Prize Collection: Within 72 hours of the Contest-End, the Contest Winners will be sent an email by the Sponsor or the Co-Administrator on the Contest Winners email address that is registered with Facebook and which Sponsor will have access to by virtue of the entrant playing the Fanta Chase Game. The email to be sent by the Sponsor or the CoAdministrator will provide the Contest Winners with details and instructions on where the Prize can be collected. Failure by the Contest Winners to comply with the details and instructions provided Sponsor or the Co-Administrator may result in forfeiture of the Prize by the Contest Winners. Contest Winners will be required to present their legal identification or passport during prize collection to confirm their full name and country of residence. 7. Submission Limitations and Rights: By entering this Contest, entrant explicitly (i) certifies that he/she meet the eligibility requirements as set forth in these Official Rules and on the Contest Site; (ii) grant to the Sponsor the right to use and publish the biographical information that entrant provides (except street address, telephone number, and email address) in all media, including, but not limited to, online displays, television, cable, video productions, wireless applications and other media channels and applications, known and unknown, and for advertising, promotions and other purposes, without further consent, notification or compensation, unless otherwise where prohibited by law; and (iii) agree that the Sponsor, or those acting on its behalf, may photograph and film entrant and that Sponsor shall own all rights to such photographs and film and use such photographs and film for any and/or all advertising, promotional, trade and other purposes and in all media, including, but not limited to, newspapers, magazines, online displays, television, cable, video productions, online access, wireless applications and other media channels and applications, known and unknown, without further consent, notification or compensation, or otherwise where prohibited by law. 8. By participating in this Contest, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Contest Administrator which are final and binding in all matters. Those wishing to enter are responsible for accessing the correct website. The Contest Entities are not responsible for those who cannot access the Internet or wireless lines or cannot click-through for any period of time or if entry or information is not captured correctly, or for any technical, hardware, software, telephone, Internet, virus contamination, network or human error, including errors by Contest Entities employees/agents in handling information, electronic malfunctions, force majeure or any other problems; and for delay, failure or malfunction for any reason. Contest Entities assume no liability for damage caused to entrants or any other persons/entitys computer or phone device, hardware, software or communications network, regardless of cause or for any other errors or problems of any kind, whether printing, typographical, human, technical, network, computer or otherwise which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest or in any Contest-related materials.
