The named agent will be entitled to use SunHotels products using the Agency Log in details as supplied upon acceptance of this application. 1 All Agent complaint correspondence or emails to SunHotels will be acknowledged within two working days of receipt by SunHotels and investigated in full within 28 days by SunHotels, with full reports and comments relating to clients grievances. 2 Throughout the duration of this contract SunHotels guarantees the available and provision of accommodation, meals, services and facilities as per the XML specifications. 3 Over bookings: If SunHotels cannot provide the contracted rooms and/or services, SunHotels shall inform The Agent and secure alternative accommodation and services in an accommodation of at least equal or superior classification and with similar characteristics and facilities as originally booked. 4 SunHotels confirms that all products offered to The Agent will hold all licenses, permits and comply fully with national, local and branch regulations and codes of practice relating to hygiene, fire and fire-precaution measures, safety and security measures in and on the grounds. All products offered from SunHotels to The Agent confirms to hold full insurance cover against fire, flood, storms and other third party risks including but not limited to liability for damages for personal injury and death howsoever arising in respect of clients. 5 Force Major: In the event of temporary force major the operation for the present contract shall be suspended until the force major has ceased to exist. 6 Parties will endeavour to keep the terms of this contract confidential toward third parties (incl. XML specifications). 7 Payments: SunHotels will issue an invoice per booking made. Invoices will automatically be issued 35 days prior to arrival at accommodation. The Agent has 30 days credit from issue date subject to the submission of an agreed floating deposit or acceptable bank guarantee.
