DORAEMON ANDERSON Defendant, x----------------------------------x COMPLAINT PLAINTIFF, through counsel, most respectfully states: 1. that plaintiff is a Filipino, of legal age, single and residing at 15-B block 5, Paru paru Homes, Fairview, Quezon City, whereas defendant is likewise a Filipino, of legal age, single and residing at #711 Kilabot St. Barangay Maangas, Batasan Hills, Quezon City, at which addresses the parties herein may be served with summons and other court processes; 2. That on January 08, 2010, defendant borrowed from plaintiff the amount of one million pesos (P 1, 000,000.00), which indebtedness is due and payable on or before January 08, 2011, with an interest at the rate of 6% per annum, in accordance with the promissory note executed by the defendant in the said date. Xerox copy of said promissory note is herewith attached and marked as Annex A and made integral part hereof. 3. That the defendant has failed and refused and still fails and refuses to pay the said indebtedness on due date, with the corresponding interest thereon to the herein plaintiff, despite repeated requests and demands. WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that after due hearing, judgment be rendered in favor of plaintiff and against the defendant in this manner: 1. Ordering the defendant to pay plaintiff the amount of one million (P 1, 000,000.00), plus interest thereon at the rate of 6% per annum from January 2011, and until the same is fully paid; and

Ordering the defendant to pay the costs of this suit.

Plaintiff likewise prays for such other and further relief or reliefs as this Honorable Court may deem just and equitable in the premises. 18th day of January 2012, Quezon City, Philippines
