RULES & REGULATIONS

1. DATE, TIME AND PLACE 1.1 Date : 29 April 2012 Venue : Genting International Convention Centre, Genting Highland Registration : 8.00 am 12.00 pm Contest : 1.00 pm 6.00 pm CATEGORIES 2.1 Contest categories are as below: i. Body Weight Under 65 kgs ii. Body Weight Between 65 80 kgs iii. Body Weight Above 80 kgs iv. Open Invitational REGISTRATION 3.1 All registration forms must be submitted to the organizer on or before 28 April 2012 (Saturday). Late entries will not be entertained. 3.2 Open competition includes those from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand or any other countries. 3.3 Entries are charged at RM70.00 if registered on or before 8 April 2012 and RM85.00 if registered later on or before 28 April 2012. 3.4 The organizer reserves the right to reject any registration. COMPETITION FORMAT & REGULATIONS 4.1 Competitors may only enter in one category. 4.2 Competitors who are represent the country or won gold medal in the national championship for 2 years running only allowed participating in the open invitational. 4.3 Competitors who won the weight categories will qualify directly for open category. INDEMNITY / WAVIER 5.1 By signing the registration form, the undersigned fully agrees to abide to the Rules & Regulations of competition, and acknowledge that he is participating on his own risk and thereby release and discharge the competition, organiser, officials and sponsors from any personal injury, liability, death, claims, demand, damage or action whatsoever, which may result from participation in the competition. MEDIA AGREEMENT 6.1 All competitors are required to attend photo shoots, interviews, press conferences and any other media releases arranged and/or scheduled by the organizer. 6.2 All competitors understand that there is a possibility that his image likeness and voice may be captured by various media during the competition and that those images and sounds will remain the property of the organizer to produce and distribute if the organizer choose to do so. All proceeds from said media are the organizers property. MEDICAL REQUIREMENT 7.1 It is the responsibility of competitors to have themselves certified to participate in the competition if they are unsure of their state of health. A competitor must retire from the competition immediately if required to do so by any member of the medical team. PROTEST 8.1 Any protest during the competition must be lodged in writing by the participant within 10 minutes upon completion of the event to the organiser. Protest forms will be provided and a fee of RM50.00 will be levied on all protests. Any decision taken by the organiser is final. AMENDMENTS 9.1 The organiser reserves the right to change rules and regulations of competition without prior notice. 9.2 The organisers decision shall be final. No correspondence will be accepted.
