Preparation:
Mix all dry ingredients together, then add skim milk
and vanilla to blend flavors. Add peanut butter

wrap or wax paper on top of mixture and push
evenly into pan to flatten. Refrigerate for 3 hours,

Preparation:
Mix water, blueberries, 1 scoop of Chocolate

put mixture in an 8"x 8" pan. Put plastic wrap
over mixture and press down to fatten into
pan. Refrigerate for 3 hours, then cut into
squares. (Makes 10 bars.)
