RELEASE OF LIABILITY PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
In exchange for the activity of Professional Wrestling organized by American Championship Entertainment, LLC (ACE), of 725 Sip Street, Union City, New Jersey 07087 and/or use of the property, facilities and services of ACE, I agree for myself and (if applicable) the members of my organization, to the following:
1. I agree to obey all posted rules, regulations and warnings, and further agree to follow any and all oral instructions or directions given by ACE, or the employees, representatives or agents of ACE. 2. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) the members of my organization, and further release and discharge ACE for injury, loss or damage arising out of the use of my organizations use of or presence upon the facilities of ACE, whether caused by myself, members of my organization, ACE or other third parties. 3. I agree to indemnify and defend ACE against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or members of my organizations use of or presence upon the facilities of ACE. 4. I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of ACE caused by my or members or my organizations negligent, reckless, or willful actions. 5. Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under New Jersey law. 6. By signing this waiver, I am waiving rights to have any insurance, and further understand that I am responsible for all costs for any and all injuries and/or damages to all properties and facilities of ACE, and all people in attendance as well as all performer(s) associated with the event.

I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE, I VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
