Qualification and Pay Scale as per AICTE/UGC norms. Salary and other allowances are payable as per the rules of Government Engineering College Society Jhalawar. All terms and conditions shall be as per rules of Government Engineering College Society Jhalawar made from time to time and approved by the State Government of Rajasthan.

Reservation as per State Govt. norms will be given. All the above posts will be filled on regular basis with probation period of 2 years. Fixed remuneration shall be paid during probation period as per the rules of Government of Rajasthan. In the case of Assistant Professor (MBA), the vacancy is only for the specialization in Marketing Management. For the post of Associate Professor Candidate should be having minimum qualification & experience at the time of interview and he/she will have to produce the proof of having minimum qualification & experience before appearing in the interview.

Guidelines for Filling up the Application Forms: The candidates should note the following instructions carefully: Name of the post applied for and the Branch/Department must be filled in the appropriate space clearly. The Society also reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts indicated above, or not to fill any of the posts. Separate application is required to be made for separate post. The qualification and experience prescribed above are the minimum and, mere possession of the minimum qualification will not entitle any candidate to be called for interview. For the post of Assistant Professor, written Screening Test may also be conducted, before the interview/oral presentation. Only short listed candidates (six for one post) will be interviewed for final selection. Due credit will be given for higher qualification and teaching experience while screening for final interview. For the post of Associate Professor, only short listed candidates (six for one post) will be interviewed for final selection. Due credit will be given for experience & technical contribution while screening for final interview. For attending Screening Test / interview or for joining, traveling allowance or compensation in any form will not be admissible.

Persons already working in Government /Semi Government /Autonomous Organizations should apply through proper channel. They may, however, send in an advance copy of their application.
