TQ has been raised for this and Tests as Tensile, chemical analysis, bend test and impact test are required Some materials which require for shutdown are not deliver yet so some shutdown activities can not proceed There is a concern on the painting work during raining season. List of Tool and equipments / testing equipments / Lifting Gears is required @ offshore for counter checking/verification of certificates.
