Maam Solita tends to smoke and has hypertension. It is a problem that needs immediate attention before it can cause more serious complications. 2 Lessening the cigarette consumption of Maam Solita is partially modifiable due to her attitude which hinders them on solving the problem. She has been smoking for over 10 years and finds it hard to quit. Interventions such as health teachings can be rendered to the family regarding the effects of smoking and how can it affect their health. 0.67 Theres a high possibility for the client to lessen cigarette consumption if interventions are managed early.
