PROJECT More Gadgets: Electronic commerce, commonly known as e-commerce or ecommerce, consists of the buying and selling of products or services over electronic systems such as the Internet and other computer networks More Gadgets is a e-commerce site which provides consumer electronics . User will be able to place order online. This involves secure cart and check out. User can be able to place orders using credit cards. The scope of this project is to increase the number of the sales and application to be more users friendly. This involves some different modules like product browse, User profile, search functionality, cart and check out. Environment: windows XP, java frameworks for Ecommerce Browser: IE 7.0, Mozilla3.6.3, Safari 5.0 Roles and responsibilities :

Conducting functional and non-functional testing of the application through black box test techniques. Identifying, analyzing defects and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and boundary conditions. Documenting, and communicating the Software Bugs, Enhancements, and tracking unresolved problems. Confirmation testing was done to check if the software bugs were fixed followed by regression testing. Business Scenarios were adhered to learn and understand the user needs. Usability testing was done to assure that the application was user friendly.
