1. A TRUE BUSNINESSMAN
To run the business any business man should have the required skill and firstly he should check the quality and quantity of raw material required and should manage the time properly, understand what market demand, focus toward the quality and not quantity as many of the businessman moves toward only profit and number of unit they prepared i.e. quantity oriented. Departmentalisation of work, and properly utilising the opportunity helps the business run towards achieving its goals.

2. MARKETING- THE WAY OF SURVIVAL


Ramesh is ready to sell their chemical products (dye) at cheaper price with standard quality, but he is not willing to adopt innovation which is a necessity in a current scenario.

3. SUCCESS VERSUS FAILURE


Success is always not achievable, so we need to learn from our failures too. For everyone failure is more than success. In Pharmaceutical Company you need to focus more on Research and Development and not just on generics.

4. CHILDRENS INTEREST V/S PARENTS PRESTIGE- REALISE THE REALITY


Though parents were able to secure the future of their son by emotionally forcing him to study engineering but as his interest is not there he wont be able to cope up with the sheer pressure and may fail to continue. And it also brings some sore in relation of parents and son.

5. PROFIT- AN UNETHICAL MATTER The newly launched drug should not be priced at such a high price that peoples are not able to afford it easily. Though R&D costs are high, manufacturers should launch the product at affordable price in the best interest of both- manufacturer and buyer.

6. SOCIALISING BUSSINESS
Social site advertising is the need of the hour, but company should see to it that to whom are they targeting and their needs to continuously update it. The company should comment on their followers comment and queries, in turn creating a rap. Ask suggestions and questions to the followers and fans.

7. TRUTH OR ILLUSION

We need to create awareness regarding the correct intake of nutritional food in our daily menus. And while advertising we need to see that this not to be possible promos is not telecast.

8. DECISION MAKING
Being a regional manager he needs to focus on the both the aspect and as far as I see he cant let anyone go. So he need to arrange a meeting and bring both of them in talking terms.

9. DRUG, DOCTOR AND DINNER


Earlier Doctors were considered next to God, but in todays scenario they have tainted theirs image. Now they themselves ask for freebies and sales representatives give them these gifts in exchange of prescribing their company products. Sales representatives too have found this as an easy way to promote their product.

10. EMPLOYEE EMPOWERMENT


Employee should speak their mind in companys important decision. This will make him realise he too is the important part of organisation and Managers need to ensure this.

11. ETHICS AND BUSINESS


Ramesh is surprised; hes not able to believe that his friend has changed. He is astonished that how people are selling fake drugs and bribing doctors for sake of profit.

12. MANAGING HUMAN RESOURCE


Switching over is not the answer for job satisfaction. We need to work for a long time in a company to create a good value in the market. Constant change of job will affect your reputation and Companys wont recruit you as they dont want to invest more in temporary employee.

13. MAINIENANCE IS NECESSARY- BE IT A MAN OR MACHINE


As the title suggests work overload should be avoided and regular leaves should be given to employees to bring best out of them. But sometime employees too need to see that he finishes his task first instead of asking regular leaves which is not appropriate.

14. MEETING BUSINESS NEEDS THROUGH TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT


Training of employees in proper way is necessary for any organisation to succeed. Customer handling techniques and other important manners need to be properly taught to the employees.

15. PEOPLE MATTER IN SALES

You need to give respect and retain your good employees, because the reason behind any successful firm is their employees. Sometimes peoples dont do as you say but still they might be the best in their department and you need to value that.

16. SELLING NOT FOR SALE


Doctor is considered as God, especially in rural areas. But they try to take the advantage of situation to fill their pockets and the worst part is that Government is not talking any action to curb it.

17. STUDY FOR KNOWLEDGE OR MARKS


Studying for knowledge should be the main focus of students. Sometime in doing so you cant achieve good marks but ultimately in higher competitive exam you will top.

18. MOBILE MARKETING- BOON OR BANE


Mobile marketing has become a need of an hour but marketers need to think about customer privacy also. Government should take stringent steps to sort the problem.

19. VAGUE ROLE OF TOP MANAGEMENT


Top level managers are made to work more in a company. High post comes with more responsibility and tension. We need to see that top level managers are not overloaded.

20. SOCIAL MEDIA AND ADVERTISING


Social media has become the backbone of advertising the products, though to some extent it is not a necessity in Pharmaceutical products. Because of increasing use of internet among the youngsters marketers has the best way to promote their products.

21. COMMUNICATION- A CHALLENGE


Communicating effectively is not an easy task to carry. We need to find ways if our receiver is not listening properly. Sender should keep the message short and simple and receiver should listen properly and decode it.

22. Is Employee Hero or Villain?


Customer should be treated properly to maintain relationship. In Government sector decision making is centralized which takes lot of time to solve a small problem, which gives a negative image of a company.
