INTRODUCTION

The first computers were people! That, is electronic computers were given this name because they performed the work that had previously been assigned to people. Computer was originally a job title, it was used to describe those human beings whose job it was perform the repetitive calculations required to compute such things as navigational tables, tide charts and planetary positions for astronomical almanacs, those things are really hard to do without computers. Computer invention is like a phenomenon event in history that will now we experience day to day, that computers are really extra ordinary machine that invented since then.

The boom of computers in the Philippines got the Filipino Businessmen an idea to start a new business. Since computers machines are really expensive, not all Filipinos can afford to have one, Filipino Businessmen come up with new and affordable service for every customer who wants to use computers, and that is internet caf. Using of computers, printing, scanning, gaming, surfing on the net, all of these are really affordable, with just a little amount from your pocket. Since computers are now really part of our life, Internet caf is so useful, especially to students. Not all of the students have computers in their home, so probably when project was in their task; most of them are in Internet Caf or Computer Shop.

KC-REY NET CAF would like to be part of one of the most leading business in the country. Having the uniqueness of our service, and have our aim to satisfy our customers, the business can give more service than they will be expected. Whether, its typing job, gaming, fast surfing net, scanning or even tutorial, all of these can do at the same time, we can offer more. Our fast internet connection will definitely awesome to students who were eagerly wants to finish their entire task. We also have our crew who will the helper of each of the customers who are in need.

Yes, we experienced hard time during this feasibility study, just to make this business possible, we really exerted efforts, even if we got difficult circumstances like

we have our different personal priorities which lead to the barrier in making this study, but because we put our hearts in this work and have one aim, to develop an idea and pursuing a business that will be fit in each of us with the same personality, we made it. One good thing is our group love computers, we believe that this study will show to you how this business will be profitable and be a perfect business in the future, as we said a computer is not just a machine, is a job title and we the people behind the KC-REY NET CAF will be ready to do a responsible job for our beloved customer. Were not just thinking the business itself but we also think how the business will help the economy and how the business will bring benefits for the welfare of the society, since we are now in the WIFI generation its better to follow its flow, and exert more effort to bring the future in the hands of the next generation through this business.

NAME OF THE ENTERPRISE The name of the business will be KC-REY NET CAF . The name KC-REY

was from the combined names of the owners. K stands for Kenneth, C stands for Cerine, R for Roanne, E & Y for Imey. The nature of the business is suggestive to its name-computers. Our business is about computer rentals. Customers can rent computers and we are offering a very good kind of service,

B. LOCATION OF THE BUSINESS The business will be established within the long road of Mc Arthur Hi-way specifically near the Our Lady of Fatima University. It is for easy access to people and for the students who have their projects and research works. Specifically the computer caf will be located near the hi-way and school. Its easy for the both of us the people and the students so that we can benefit each other by easy to access, and it is near the road and by the school. Also for us to be known by many and giving us more time to help them on their basic needs in computer.

KC REY NET CAF is in 124 McArthur Highway , Valenzuela City, beside Fatima University..

C. Time Table (GANTT CHART) The proposed project is expected on the month of October 2008. It will be open with the debut party of one of our members, the said opening day will be held on October 4, 2008 to be exact, so it would be special day for us, we will open our business at the same time we will having celebration at KC REY NET Caf.On the other hand, we start doing the feasibility study last June 28, 2008 and it takes almost (5) five months to fully start the operation of the operation of the business, and (5) five weeks for the renovation and for the interior design and decoration.

D. NATURE OF THE INDUSTRY KC REY CAF is a service-oriented industry and it is classified as Internet Caf. The aim of our business is not just for profit but also to satisfy our customers, of course to help our industry to be more modernized, since our e is about computers and using it. Were not looking for the competition of the other Internet Caf in industry but were looking forward for the success of the business by means of our unique service and good atmosphere of the place on our location.

E. MODE OF FINANCING Each member contributes 100,000 thousand pesos for the the capita o KC REYS NET CAF and the total amount of the contribution is (4) our hundred thousand pesos. We didnt need to loan in bank because the estimated amount of money which the business had is enough for the expenses.

F. INVESTMENT COST The organizational cost is P13, 500 and for the equipments of the caf cost P298, 625. The rest of the money is for the rent of the caf space, communication and for renovation.

A. Basic Consideration It focuses on a strategic location accessible to all business industry pertaining necessities to create productive and profitable business entities within the area. To formulate competent manpower to deliver sales in the organization. The management of the organization will ensure the quality of good services which implies proper motivation and encouragement to attain stability of the business and be more competitive in terms of innovation and suitable market strategy enhancement program. The role of every individual within the prescribe task or assignment inside the organization will dominantly aggressive to upheld the quality of good customer service. Categorically, business organization pertains all aspect for proper management in terms of services, maintenance, competent manpower, (ie, thru proper training, actively attending seminars for their personal advancement) .All consideration will extend to quality of works ,time management, customer service, accountabilities for handling inventories, sales, on time submission of reports with zero errors, and employeesmanagement relationship. All of these will serve a successful and a profitable business ventures.

B. FORM OF OWNERSHIP

Kc-reys net caf is a business of a general partnership in which the partners will share to its capital and also to its profit. The business will be located at 124 MacArthur High Way Valenzuela City. For it is a great spot for students. Kc-reys net caf will produce a capital of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P400, 000.00), with each of the partners puts an amount equal to each other. Also profits and loses of the business will be computed equally as written on the projects Articles of Partnership. Below, is the table of individual contribution for each partner. C. ORGANIZATIONAL CHART Organizational chart is a diagram that shows the structure of an organization and the relationships and relative ranks of its parts and positions/jobs. An organizational chart of a company usually shows the managers and sub-workers who make up an organization. It shows how decision making develops and how information flows, and it also reveals how the personnel fit to the entire structure of the business and how the working relationship improve between them.

D. MANPOWER REQUIREMENT Other people that will be involved in the business will contribute support and great help that would make the business work will be manpower. It will consist of four employees that will operate it well, such as, Computer technician, clerk, cashier, and store manager. Position: Store Manager Job Description: In charge in all responsibilities for operations of the business. In charge in recording all the transaction made by the customers. Responsible for the customer's needs and for making them more comfortable inside the caf. Responsible for the caf. EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT: Must be graduate of a 4-year computer or business management course. TRAINING EXPERIENCE AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a multi-tasking. Must be hardworking and with initiative. Must be computer literate. Position: Technician JOB DESCRIPTION: Ensures that all the units/computers are working properly. Maintains the good condition of computers at all times.

 Does repairs and cleaning of hardware and software drives of the computers EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT: At least graduate computer technician. TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER QUALIFICATION: Works hard. Has at least one year working experience in computers. Must always be available and on time when needed.

Position: Caf crew JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible in taking charge of computer rentals. In charge of recording the customer's time in renting computer. Performs professionally and smoothly as a caf clerk. Being accommodated to the customers. Must perform managerial function in case of managerial absence. EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT: Must be a graduate of at least 2-year course of Business I.T or any related courses. TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Must be hardworking and with initiative. Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in doing business specially computer rentals. Must be computer literate. Must know how to handle a business caf.

COMPENSATION Basic compensation refers to direct and indirect monetary and no monetary

rewards given to employees on the basis of the value of the job, their personal contributions and their performance. These rewards must meet both the organizations ability to pay and any governing legal regulations. Its one of the business objectives: to provide opportunities to employ people and to compensate them correspondingly and correctly. Salaries are based on the existing laws provided under the Wage Order No. NCR-06 at the same time with the industry rate. Employees are registered as members of SSS and Pag-Ibig.
