aim
to
expand
your
childs
wriCng
skills
by
polishing
skills
beyond
the
basics
and
harnessing
your
childs
creaCvity
via
individual
aOenCon
from
an
experienced
writer.
At
The
Tutoring
Center,
we
teach
wriCng
through
acCve
exercises
that
challenge
and
inspire
the
student.
We
want
to
make
wriCng
fun
and
not
a
chore.
The
classes
will
cover
wriCng
techniques
to
build
strong
ideas,
suppor,ng
details,
organiza,on,
word
choices/vocabulary,
sentence
uency,
and
conven,ons,
as
well
as
presenta,on.
Our
wriCng
sessions
are
tailored
to
enrich
your
childs
wriCng
whether
he
or
she
is
in
elementary
school,
middle
school,
or
high
school.
They
will
help
your
child
improve
dramaCcally
in
the
areas
of
WriCng
Skills,
English
Grammar,
and
ComposiCon.
The
classes
are
designed
for
individual
aOenCon
and
will
only
allow
up
to
six
students
per
classroom.
Head
instructors
bio: Meredith
Eidem
is
a
fully-credenCaled
English
teacher
with
twenty
years
of
teaching
and
leadership
experience.
She
has
a
Bachelor
of
Arts
degree
in
Psychology
and
English
from
the
University
of
Arizona
and
a
separate
Bachelor
of
Arts
degree
in
EducaCon
with
a
focus
on
curriculum
and
creaCve
instrucCon
from
the
University
of
Wyoming.
She
has
been
a
newspaper
and
radio
reporter
for
The
Forward
Observer
in
Wyoming,
TriCity
Voice
in
California,
and
KENI
news
radio
staCon
in
Alaska,
a
collaboraCng
editor,
and
is
a
published
freelance
writer.
One
of
her
arCcles
was
published
internaConally
in
Army
Times
magazine.
Registration and Tuition: Class Tuition is $269 for each 6-week package (multiple package discounts: 10% discount for 2nd package and 20% discount for 3rd package) Registration and Materials fee is $35 (Waived if enrolled by March 15!)
