1. Information Management To continue to develop and implement integrated information management programs, utilizing existing and emerging technologies, to improve the availability and accessibility of information in the College.

2. Accountability To maintain accountability standards by addressing administrative, legal, fiscal and archival requirements with respect to College records.

Establish and maintain policies and processes to protect the integrity of information generated and kept by the College.

To ensure that records within the university are retained and disposed in accordance with the RA. 9470 otherwise known as National Archives of the Philippines Act of 2007 To develop and review Retention and Disposal Schedules for records to prevent the arbitrary destruction of records. To develop an efficient system to audit the location of borrowed files.

3. Marketing/Culture To promote and support a culture of proper record keeping practices throughout the College

To provide an understanding of the benefits and importance of adopting proper records management practices within the College.

To promote the objectives and functions of the Records Office and the services it offers to the College community. To have a more interactive role in the decision making processes of the College on issues that involve data and information management.
