As I write this, I am under constitutional oath to protect the US Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic and per UCMJ 95 Article 134 Misprision of serious offense if I dont tell. I have informed a magistrate judge, a State governor, two US Senators and a US Representative. What do you do if you joined the US Military long ago and swore an oath to protect the US Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic, then late in your career there was an election, and you learned the person who won the election and got inaugurated, but truthfully was never constitutionally eligible to be a candidate? Senator Barack Hussein Obama II was not properly vetted as a candidate for the Democratic Party in 2008 elections. As a native born US Citizen he was eligible to be a US Senator, but his birth circumstances did not qualify him for the US President. He was not supposed to be in the election or on the ballot, but he was and he won the election. We have a de facto Commander in Chief of the military sitting in the White House protected by the Secret Service, giving orders to the US Armed Forces. There are two pathways to become a US Citizen by naturalization or birth, and there are two subpathways of becoming a US Citizen by native birth you are either a dual-citizen born to one US Citizen or a natural born citizen, native born of two US Citizens. Barack Hussein Obama II was born a dual-citizen, born to one US Citizen and direct-blood of a British citizen. Barack Hussein Obama II is NOT a natural born citizen, native born of two US Citizens.

His websites claimed he was born a dual-citizen, not natural born. Nothing that happened after birth alters the birth circumstance. History cant be changed. The propaganda fooled the population into thinking Obama was eligible when he cannot be, because his father was not a US Citizen on August 4, 1961. Barack Hussein Obama II is not constitutionally eligible to be a US President, but he got into and through the 2008 election by mistake or gross criminal negligence. There needs to be an investigation, but the Attorney General or Department of Justice cannot be trusted.

Everyone seems focused or distracted -- on the Economy, Healthcare, his cabinet, his Supreme Court appointments, etc. Everything he signs is 100% reversible. Remove Obama from office now!
