According to WHO (2011) 76-85 % of cases of schizophrenia in Indonesia who did not get serious treatment in the first year (treatment gap). In Southeast Asia only 50% of the countries that have a community-based mental health service (WHO, 2011). In indonesia has initiated community based ental health services and has been declared in National Meeting of Mental Health 2008. Indonesia has started to train clinic nurse in community mental health care and train general practitioner in community health centers in addition, specialist care program opens in the master level of university. Indonesia is very care families and patient which is participating in decisions about their care. The role of public health professionals is to organize public resources. In developed countries 88 % are alredy NGOS in mental health professionals is to patients schizophrenia whitin the family. In develoved countries, like united Kingdom, United States, Australia, 100 % have families and patients associations (Saxena, 2007). One of the role of public health is emphasis partnerships with all. Public health service as an umbrella in mental health service in Indonesia. Public health practitioner organize all of health worker involved of multidisciplinary, involving all health professionals and related worker.
