If you represent a product line from abroad, or you

manufacture your own product line that you wish to
export, simply see the PIMM procedures below:

ƒ You buy a showroom at PIMM for as little as US$125,000.00 or

US$250,000.00, for 50 or 100 square meters, or lease a
showroom for as little $1,250.00 monthly (1% of the value of
your showroom).

ƒ You incorporate your own business in Panama, which will own

your showroom. Incorporation costs as little as $1,000.00.

ƒ You open your business in PIMM and hire 2-4 Panamanian

employees to manage it under your supervision, you apply for
a visitor or investor's visa, and freely travel to Panama.

ƒ You show only samples, not full inventory, in your showroom

and take orders from international buyers.

ƒ Your orders will be shipped directly from the country of origin

to the final destination and you only do the billing.

ƒ Your profit will not be taxable because the merchandise sold

will not enter Panamanian territory.

You can pay 40% of the purchase price over 2 years and
the 60% balance can be financed for 20 years through a
local bank located in Panama's famous International Banking
Center.

Showroom price (50 mts2): US$125,000.00.

Deposit 40%: $50,000.00 payable over 2 years. Terms are 4

payments of $12,500.00, one paid every 6 months from the date
of the initial deposit.

Balance 60%: $75,000.00 can be financed over 20 years through
