Specific purpose To inform my audience about how to be entrepreneur for beginner.

Central idea To be a beginner entrepreneur we should thinking creative and innovative, gains knowledge & experiences and need have enough capital to running business. Introduction I. Entrepreneur is the prime mover in developing the economy of the country. Without it, our country will go down not only economically but citizen also become poor, although have rich in heritage and natural resources. Entrepreneurship is identified as a step to be taken to reduce the unemployment rate among graduates of higher education institutions. However, the failure of one of the factors entrepreneurs today because they do not meet the characteristics of an entrepreneur should have a creative thinking.

Body I. Beginner entrepreneur should think creative and innovative to generate idea. a. Entrepreneurs not only to business activities only but they also manipulate all available resources optimally to maximize productivity effectively. The value indirect can help entrepreneurs develop new ideas to find the best way of looking at problems and opportunities. b. II. How to generate idea: Have fun & enjoy Think like a child. Think without limit.

Beginner entrepreneur should gain knowledge & experiences. a. Training Private. Government agency. b. Experiences Learn from other successful entrepreneur experiences like Irfan Khairy and etc. Learn from mistakes. Take the mistake as a lessons to improve in business.

Skill acquisition. Skill acquisition is different from training. For example, you can train in marketing as an entrepreneur but you need to develop marketing skills through practice before you can actually market effectively. Training informs, skills acquisition transforms.

In essence, you need to start practicing what youve trained for. You can have all the knowledge in your environment, understand problems and solutions and also have all the training, but it all comes to nothing if you dont act on them by virtue of skill acquisition III. Beginner entrepreneur should have enough capital If you want to start a business, we need capital to carry on the business. If not all of this is impossible. Total capital required depends on the size and type of business, business location, and number of credits to be given to customers. Capital can come from their own savings or loans from friends or relatives or from the bank. To obtain a bank loan, a working paper to be prepared to convince the bank about the ability to pay back the loan.
