Basic Description of Company Structure Our workforce consists of the following: Center Manager [Salaried Employee who also

receives a 10% commission, paid monthly based on gross profits generated by the workforce, as well as quarterly bonuses based on sales] This individual oversees the entire operations of the workforce; which includes: 1. Coordinating and monitoring the workflow between the sales staff (bidders) and the research staff. 2. Scheduling of hourly employees, monitoring payroll, and bonuses. 3. Developing sales goals, sales strategies, and bonus incentives. 4. Responsible for maintain positive morale in the workplace. 5. Responsible for making sure rewarded bids are packaged correctly and turned over to the A/R department for invoicing. 6. Training existing and new employees. 7. Monitoring the quality of the work produced by the sales staff. Gives them ideas and instruction on how to increase their success rate. 8. Makes sure rewarded bids are being followed up by the sales staff and A/R department. 9. Maintain records of sales and research activity. Research Team Supervisor [Hourly Employee ($11.00/hr) receives a 5% commission based on gross profits generated by the workforce, as well as quarterly bonuses based on sales] Their duties consist of the following: 1. Assigning tasks (solicitations) to each researcher from 3 websites. 2. Assisting researchers with problem solving and resource development. 3. Makes sure that each researcher and the team meets their daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. 4. Makes sure that each bid package is complete with the research portion and ready to be turned over to the sales staff. 5. Makes sure the research team operates efficiently and that each package released to the sales staff has the potential to be profitable. 6. Works directly with the center manager. Researchers [Hourly Employee (9.50/hr) receives a 3% commission on each rewarded bid they produce as well as weekly spiffs and quarterly bonuses based on sales. They work PT 10am til 2pm, Monday through Friday]

Their duties are as follows: 1. Acquire source for service and/or products for solicitation requests. 2. Contact acquired sources for price quotes. (minimum 2) 3. Submit necessary documentation to source (potential vendor) to establish required payment and delivery terms. 4. After the above 3 tasks are done, they must give the completed research package to the supervisor for inspection before transferring to the sales staff. 5. Maintain a list of vendors for future use. **We have selected researchers who handle sources sought and pre-solicitation. This enables us to maintain a profitable workflow. They also receive an additional 2% commission if they convert to a rewarded solicitation. Salaried Sales Staff [$500.00wk +15% commission from rewarded bids. Quarterly bonuses based on sales] Their duties are as follows; 1. Responsible for composing and submitting bids for solicitations. 2. Responsible for making sure products and/or services arrive on time and in tact at the point of performance. 3. Serve as a point of contact for purchasers and contract officers. 4. Make sure each rewarded bid package is complete to present to the A/R department. 5. Must submit a minimum of 2 bids per day. 6. Must follow up on completion of work on rewarded bids. Independent Contractor Sales [$500.00wk draw against commissions. Variable commission rate of 25% to 40% based on sales level.] Quarterly bonuses based on sales. Job duties are the same as salaried sales staff but only required to report to the office 25 hours per week and attend mandatory company meetings. These are experienced people with proven sales capability.
