Apply In prescribed Enrolment Form filling all the Columns. Submit the Deed of Wakf properties as executed by the Wakif. Submit the Record of Right (ROR) in case of District and Panchavet area/Municipal Record for Municipal area/Corporation Record for Corporation area.

)- If no Rule of Succession is mentioned, submit the Resolution of the meeting of the local public or Musallies attended for formation of a Committee Mutawalli.

Submit the individual consent letter of the Committee Mutawalli.

~ For speedy disposal of the process submit the EPIC or Ration Card of the Committee Mutawallis.

If Rule of Succession is there, submit the Genealogical Table supported by affidavit duly notarized by First ClassMagistrate.

On submission of Enrolment Application with documents before the Board of Wakfs, the office will issue General Notice as per Rule for its publication inviting claims & objection, if any.
