ORGANISATIONAL PURVIEW Since July09 with Adecco India Pvt. Limited, Jaipur as BSS Engineer Key Deliverables Managing the operations and troubleshooting of Ericsson 2000 RBS Series & Transmission like Mini Link-E, Traffic Node & Microwave Links and its concerned auxiliary units. Maintaining SDH and PDH ring using TN and HI-cap and ECI Mux for STM ring. Commissioning, Installation & Troubleshooting Of SDH(Mux) STM. Overseeing Network Element Alarm and coordinating for rectification of the same with Field Engineers and POI partner to achieve 100% network availability. Performed different type of RBS expansion according to the configuration. Handled the operations, maintenance and troubleshooting of Transmission Networks of Ericsson and RBS 2000 series using latest version of OMT. Managed Ericsson Microwave Hops (0.6, 1.2, and 1.8) for the desired Links, Ericsson MMU (4 X 2), (8 X 2), (16 X 2) & SMU (Switch multiplex Unit) required transferring more than 4 E1s from one point to other. Facilitated the media by either Hardware Patching or by Software patching. Preventive Maintenance Of BSC Monthly ,Quarterly & Yearly Administered the up-gradation of MMU to increase the E1 capacity from 4E1 to 17E1. Liaising with: Regulatory team while taking any permission/approval from Govt. / Central Govt. to permit Emergency Call Services (e.g. 101&100) and audits for percentage rollout. Infra Vendors, Field Technicians, RF and Infra Engineer to resolve any network degrading faults generated at BTS sites (presently looking after includes 80 BTS sites). Private Operator as well as BSNL for media & port availability.

Following up on all activities related to POI to maintain SDH and PDH ring using TN and HI-cap and ECI Mux for STM ring.

Notables Highlights

Accredited for outstanding performance in PM (Performance Management) in 2010-2011. Worked on different type of ERICSSON RBS 2000 series 2G BTS 2964, 2954, 2111 and 6600 series,3000 series 3G BTS Node B, BSC. Efficiently commissioned and worked on RNC for 3G, which involved the loading of the IDB (installation database) in the R.B.S. (Radio Base Station). Successfully implemented IBS (indoor building solution/GSM), which involved connecting the two Links through MSM (Minilink Service Manager or Minilink software) by feeding the respective data in both the MMU (Main Modem Unit).
